  • Firstly, switch off the computer and then reboot your computing device.

  • Now, switch on the HP printer and then launch the HP printer assistant tool.

  • Just like before, if the printer assistant opens up then it implies the issue has been resolved, if not, you will see a Printer setup and software screen in front of you. Here choose the Connect a new printer option.

  • In the end, restart both the device, your computer, and your printer to finish up the installation.
